Oldham County Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan, January 2008

We have included maps and other information extracted from the final draft master plan for your review.

Below is an existing land-use map that the consultant, Brandstetter Carroll Inc developed to identify existing roads, community facilities, subdivisions, and businesses that could serve as destinations or connections.

Next, the consultant identified opportunities and challenges requiring additional study.

                                                                                             

The Brandstetter Carroll team then drove the county and solicited citizen input to develop potential routes throughout the county.  The Interurban Route between LaGrange and Pewee Valley is proposed to remain as the "backbone" of the Oldham County system.
