The Oldham County Bicycle &
Pedestrian Trail is included in Kentuckiana Regional Planning & Development
Agency Horizon 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan.
KIPDA is an association of local governments in a
nine-county region of southern Indiana and north central Kentucky.
KIPDA administers the Recreational Trails Grant Program
which assists local governments in maintaining and constructing trails
for both motorized and non-motorized recreational trail use. The program is
authorized by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century
(TEA-21) and is administered locally through the Kentucky Department for
Local Government.
